Bulph - you say that, but certainly with Romania it'll get difficult quickly.

Being simple here and only read half the thread. So if we get through, it's Scotland or Romania with the away leg on the 6th?

Agree with that, except for the 4-0 Sakho comment.

Too much of a risk to the local swan population apparently.

Just trying to wangle the days off now.

The Maltese are no mugs?
Don't believe the Nolan propaganda.
These are a part time outfit, and not one of their players would get into our development squad.
We should be smashing teams like that off the park, otherwise we might as well call it a day now and concentrate on the league.
We lacked the quality up top to do so last night. Had Sakho played it would have been 4-0 plus.
On the plus side, only 3 of those starting last night are guaranteed to be in our starting XI and we have plenty of qulaity to come in.
Still 2-3 players short in my opinion though.

Comma is just sewing a snidey seed trying to spark discussion on the possibility of us losing in Malta, Scorchio.
He HATES Bilic you see but doesn't have it in him to openly say this so resorts to this sort of thing.
He put on one thread that the Croatians were known Nazi sympathisers. This has NOTHING to do with the conversation at the time but he feels empowered like he's got his point across when he does things like this.

They are no mugs, but we shouldn't have had to squeak a 1-0 at home against them with the team we sent out, even if they did defend very resolutely.
We really ought to have got 2 or 3 and made the away game a formality. As it is, they'll feel they can get something out of it after last night, I reckon.

Maltese team are no mugs. They got a reasonable result away from home in the previous round.

If it's Astra which it will be that will be very tough game. If we can't hit more than one past a team from Malta we will struggle against Astra.
